Anderson and I traveled down to Halstead to visit Grandma and Grandpa Pyle this weekend as Grandpa's birthday was last week. Most of Kansas was in for a really big snow storm -- and we made it in just in time. Anderson had one last chance to play in the snow before we welcome spring. Goodbye winter, hello spring!!

4 Months!
What's a better way to spend Anderson's 4 month birthday than with a Jayhawk's win and lots of friends/family???
On Saturday our friend Ali from the ha came to visit (without Dave, sad -- he had to work) and Anderson got his first visit with Mojo. Hopefully Mojo wasn't too offended that Anderson was pretty much standing on him. :)
We cheered for the Jayhawks on Sunday! Whoo hoo!!

Travelin' Fool
Over the weekend Anderson went to visit two of his lifelong friends -- the newly arrived Davis in Springfield and Simon in Bentonville. This was also Anderson first time to a new state. He'll be a world-traveler before you know it! The weekend had gorgeous weather and Anderson was an excellent travel companion.
Davis and he had a little trouble getting to know each other since when one was asleep the other was awake. We look forward to this summer when they'll get a chance to get to interact more and enjoy the weather!
Anderson continues to learn many things from Simon. In our previous visit Simon taught Anderson how to drool, and Anderson has mastered that fully. This time the boys had a great time "talking" to each other, playing in the grass and Anderson took his first spin in the Exersaucer. What fun!!
When we returned home Anderson enjoyed a nice bath with Dad, while Mom tackled the Exersaucer. Wow, I was over-stimulated just looking at the thing!

Happy Birthday Dad!!
This past weekend we had quite the celebration as Tim rang in the big 3-0! First we celebrated at home on Saturday. I think Anderson was wanting to help Tim blow out his candles!
Saturday evening about 20 of Tim's friends surprised him at the Eldridge where we had dinner and drinks. I was so excited I pulled off the surprise! We had a close call on Friday as the Eldridge called Tim to confirm his reservation for 12 instead of 2! Yikes!! We had such a great time -- what awesome friends!
Then on Sunday Tim and I went to the KU/MU basketball game, where we totally smashed 'em. Anderson wore his KU shirt and wanted to show a little more spirit with dad's hat.
And here are some fun pics of Anderson!!
