Happy Thanksgiving!!

Ok, so we've been a little distracted the last couple days and haven't posted enough pictures of Anderson. We all came home on Monday and have had a great week learning about our new little man.

Hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving and we look forward to everyone meeting the newest Bateman!

The Great Pumpkin has arrived!

Anderson James Bateman was born on Saturday, November 22, at 2:18 am. He weighed 7 lbs 13 oz and was 21 inches long. Mom and dad are ecstatic! He has had lots of great visitors so far including meeting all of his grandparents and a couple of his uncles. Anderson will go home with mom and dad (that is weird to type) on Monday. KU Football

The tailgating seeing has finally come to a close. I've attended most of the KU games except Kstate and this last one against Texas. It was bitter cold, so mom and I decided a little indoor activity would be better -- shopping.

I'm 39weeks and just waiting Pumpkin's arrival. As you can see, I was subjecting Pumpkin to the elements as my coat is just a tiny bit too small. :)

The Great Pumpkin Debate

Alright, the polls are closing soon for the Great Pumpkin Debate. Get your guesses in by Saturday, Nov 8th! The prize has been determined -- the winner will receive a complimentary stay at the Bateman Inn and unlimited Pumpkin time during his/her stay. Can't wait to see who wins!!

fyi -- I'm making an executive decision that all persons who guessed a December due date are automatically disqualified as that puts undue physical discomfort and mental anguish on the mom! :)

It's November!!

We're down to the final stretch and we've had so much going on! Between showers and football games I'm going to enjoy some much needed rest these last couple weeks!! New belly pics to be posted soon!

I had a shower on the Willcott (my mom's) side about two weeks ago and got to meet my cousin's little boy Deagan (he's so handsome!) and then last week had a shower on the Pyle (my dad's) side. Everything was awesome! Here's a pic from the Willcott shower -- I'll post more when I upload the pics.

We also had Homecoming recently and my brother and the McElroys came to visit!! Here's a pic of my friend Katie and me at Homecoming....she's prego too and just found out she's having a boy! Congrats!!
